Yogurt Blintz Pancakes

flour
Tbs
sugar
1/2
tsp
salt
plain yogurt (low fat)
cottage cheese (2% or 4%)
4
eggs
Pour all ingredients into blender. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Turn when edges are set. Cook second side until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup & strawberries.
Yield 12 - 14 pancakes.
