Thick 'N' Chewy Cookies

Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and peanut butter until blended. Stir in oats mixture until stiff dough forms. Stir in candies, raisins and chocolate.

Shape dough in 1" balls. Place 3" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten to 2" diameter.

Convection bake at 325° for 8 minutes. For non-Convection, bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Makes 72 cookies.

For the peanut butter, we recommend Creamy Organic No-Stir Peanut Butter. Since these cookies contain no wheat, they are gluten-free.
