Brown Rice

Brown Rice, Texmati Long Grain American Basmati

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan.

Bring to a boil. Stir once.

Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat and simmer for 35-45 minutes, until water is completely absorbed.

Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes longer.

Yield: approx 3 cups cooked rice.
